Project Highlights:
Atlantic Subsurface Imaging performed Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) scanning of 4 radio towers belonging to WWJZ to locate underground utilities prior to the installation of new fencing around the towers. radio detection equipment could not be used in this application because of interference from the 50,000 watt transmitter. Luckily, our GPR equipment was sufficiently shielded and filtered so we were able to successfully locate the power and transmission lines without incident.
